ORDERING

1. Fill up our Order Form with your details in full and submit to us.

*For purchase of more than 7 items,
Simply copy the order form as below, fill it and email to theonlineshoppe.sg@gmail.com.

2. Once we have received your order, we will check on the availability of the item(s) you ordered. An email invoice will be sent to you to proceed with the payment.
Kindly note that order form with incomplete information often result a delay in delivery. Any inconvenience is regretted.

PAYMENT

1. The Online Shoppe only accept payment through bank transfer(DBS/OCBC/UOB) via ATM / Internet Banking. Neither cash nor cheque will be accepted.

2. Any ATM transfer must be accompanied with a snapshot (scan copy is not allowed) of your transaction receipt. We reserve all rights to reject any orders without the snapshot. No refund will be made as well.

3. Payment must be made within 24 hours from the confirmation email sent. Failure to comply will result in releasing of item(s) to the next buyer. Do note that dead buyer will be blacklisted.

4. After you have made your payment, go to our online Payment Form.
Fill up the details accordingly and click "Submit". Once your payment is verified, we will send you an acknowledgement email. Your order will be mailed out within 2 working days.

METHODS OF DELIVERY

Our mailing days are from MONDAY to FRIDAY excluding public holidays. Verified order will be mailed out within 2 working days. Do allow 3-5 working days for Singpost to deliver your parcel.

a. Normal postage - Package will be delivered to mailbox. No tracking number is available for normal postage.
Postage charges for Normal postage: $1.50

b. Registered postage - Order sent under this mode will be delivered to your doorstep. In the event of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip in the addressee mailbox for self collection at the nearest post office. Registered mail postage is at an additional $2.00 to the normal postage.
Postage charges for Registered postage: $3.50
